From the founder....Patrick Donovan...

“Back in the early 1960’s I was fortunate enough to work with a master confectioner Karl Pajo, a Russian fudge maker synonymous for his marvelous, creamy handmade  fudge. The secrets of his formula and production methods had been handed down over generations.”

At Donovans Chocolates we inherited the recipes which today are still made over an open flame to develop a unique caramelised flavour and creamy texture - we add the finest ingredients, including tasty fruit pieces & fresh roasted nuts to create a traditional fudge for everyone to enjoy

From the next generation….the Donovan Brothers Mark & Paul...

“The family business has always been a big part of our lives. Growing up holiday jobs always revolved around making chocolates and fudges, and then after University and a spot of travel we both were compelled to jump in full time...now 15 years later family dinners are board meetings and our children (the 3rd generation) are being introduced to the same grounding we had – cocoa is in the blood and part of the family future!”
